Mission Statement: To help people into a relationship with God through Jesus Christ and help them to grow in that relationship.

St Margaret’s Parish Church serves the communities of Draycott-le-Moors and Cresswell, just south of Stoke on Trent. We are part of a united benefice with the 19th century parish church of St Peter’s Forsbrook.

Our Mission Statement is to help people into a relationship with God through Jesus Christ and help them to grow in that relationship. In order to fulfil this aim we are a very active church and offer styles of worship to cover most people’s needs.

We have an informal Praise and Worship service on the 2nd Sunday of each month starting at 10-00 am, with the 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th Sunday services being Common Worship Holy Communion, also starting at 10-00 am. Baptisms usually take place during the 4th Sunday service, during a special Praise and Worship service.

We also have a fortnightly 8-00 am Book of Common Prayer Communion service on the 2nd, 4th and 5th Sundays of the month.

We have lively teaching in our Sunday School which currently meets in the church hall, however there are plans to hold this in the church tower room during the services to enable the children to share in some of our worship.

You will find St Margaret’s to be a warm and friendly family church committed to growth and outreach. Please explore this developing web site and come and pay us a visit, you are guaranteed a warm welcome!
